The Conference Proceedings will contain refereed paper presentations from the conference program. Submissions will be invited from accepted individual research papers, symposia, and poster presentations. The Conference Proceedings will attract DEST points (E1 full written, refereed proceedings) and will be available as pdf files on the conference website by the time of the conference.
Interested parties will need to submit their paper of no more than five pages, in full, by 1 March 2009 to allow adequate time for conventional peer review. Note submission of a paper does not guarantee publication. A template outlining the submission style is available below.
Guidelines for authors:
- Submissions will ONLY be accepted from conference registrants.
- Written papers MUST contain the same title and abstract as accepted by the Scientific Committee and listed in the conference program.
- Authors must adhere to the FORMAT of the template provided (see link below).
- A limit of five (5) formatted pages will be strictly enforced.
Papers should be submitted by electronic email to ejameskehoe@gmail.com - hard copy cannot be accepted.
- Receipt of papers will be acknowledged by email.
- Reviewers' comments including Revisions, Re-Review and/or Rejection will be advised by email to the submitting author.
- A 10-day turnaround will be required for any revisions requested by the reviewers.
- The Reviewers' decisions will be final.
- Please ensure that you adhere to the formatting instructions as detailed in the proceedings template document below.
