Delegates are warmly invited to attend the welcome reception where you will be able to mix with other psychologists and practitioners in a friendly and relaxed environment.  We will be serving canapés and drinks as we welcome you to the Conference.

Dress:  Smart casual attire is recommended for this function
Cost:  The Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee for all Conference delegates. Additional guest tickets are for purchase within the online registration form.

Student social event - Thursday, 4 July 2013

Student delegates as well as recent graduates and those early in their career are invited to attend the student social event. This is a rare opportunity to socialise with your peers from other universities, other countries, and enjoy the company of your friends. The format of the event will be fairly informal with some initial structured activities to help break the ice, so even if you don’t know anyone at the conference, you will by the end!

Time:  9pm
Venue:  The Garden, 742 Newcastle St  Leederville (in the private function area “the Garden Shed”)
Dress:  Smart casual attire is recommended for this function
Cost:  The Student Social Event is an optional extra and not included in your registration fee. Tickets are available for purchase within the online registration form at a cost of $25 per person (includes light food and limited bar tab –so get there early!)
Getting there:   Delegates are requested to make their own transport arrangements to and from this function.  There is a train from Esplanade station, directly outside the convention centre to Leederville then 2 minute walk to the venue.

Conference dinner - Friday, 5 July 2013

Conference delegates are invited to bring a guest to the dinner so everyone can enjoy the social highlight of the Conference!

Time:  7pm – 11pm
Venue:  Royal Perth Yacht Club
Dress:  Evening Wear or Business attire is recommended for this function
Cost:  The Conference Dinner is an optional extra and not included in your registration fee. Tickets are available for purchase within the online registration form at a cost of $130. Ticket price includes: 3 course plated meal, beverage package, entertainment, transfers.
Getting there:   Coach Transfers will be provided from the official conference accommodation to the dinner venue.
